TBazzSnow is a BNF in the Carry On fandom, since 2018. She's more often known as CSCB, which is an abbrevation of her Tumblr user name @CarryOnSimonCarryOnBaz. She is also part of the Lord of the Rings fandom.
In Carry On, she is known primarily as a fic writer and extremely prolific beta of many writers. She also engages frequently with other fans on Tumblr, often in response to meta posts or fanart. The latter is particularly notable for art by Venessa Kelley, who has often illustrated her fics and said this of her:
Beyond blessing us all with her beautiful writing, art, and recipes (not to mention kick-ass beta reading), she is one of those genuinely kind people who works harder than anyone I know to make fandom a place where we all feel loved, accepted, and appreciated. To my very first fandom friend—a lady who has seen me at my best and worst, sees the truth behind everything I draw, and inspires me daily.[1]
As well as Venessa, CSCB has a close relationship with the other fandom BNFs who joined in 2018, Basic Banshee (who beta each other) and KrisRix (betas, created art for CSCB and podfic with Venessa), as well as other fans. Her work has been illustrated by fanartists.
Along with KrisRix and other fans, she took part in the Barnes and Noble virtual launch.
Her work has been featured in Golden Days and Let It Snow! fanzines. Golden Days introduced her as a featured creator with this description:
@carryonsimoncarryonbaz is a prolific fanfic author who has stolen our hearts time and again with her thoughtful and evocative tales of romance, family, and bonding.[2]
CSCB is also a moderator of the primary Carry On Discord and runs a fandom-themed cooking blog: @cookingmywaythroughcarryon. She also creates mood boards, pencil art and Funkos, but is less known for this.
