Sycophant Hex is a Harry Potter fanfiction website. It is composed of five themed archives, one of which accepts original fiction fanfiction from other fandoms. The archives are:

  • Ashwinder - any story featuring both Severus Snape and Hermione Granger. Probably the best-known Snape/Hermione archive. Its tagline is Ensnare the senses, Bewitch the mind
  • Chaos - fics from other fandoms, crossovers or original stories
  • Eros & Sappho (previously Serpensortia) - for fics of the Slash and Femmeslash variety
  • Lumos - general Harry Potter fiction archive, for all fics that do not fit into any other categories
  • Occlumency - Severus Snape-centric fics (not including Snape/Granger)

Three previous separate archives that later merged into Lumos[1] are:

All Sycophant Hex archives require members to register to post fic and to read fic that have higher than a G rating. Members are required to be 18 or older to register.
