Some Excerpts from the Artist Interview
There was this show, called Star Trek, and I was always a compulsive portraitist. I did portraits of actors and showed them on cons. Then I had my first illos in Beefstick and Lampchop.
I do mostly couples, I have only a few single. I got a reputation for hot sex pics and did threesomes! <g>
[My favorite] of my pics? That isn't published yet. Of the guys? The one where both guys are leaning against the wall. They have the sweetest smile imaginable. [she lists a Geocities link that is, of course, now dead]
Some Excerpts from the Author Interview
Somewhere back in the 80's I got TOS zines, then slash zines (Alexis Fegan Black). Restarted slash reading when I discovered TS slash archive over 3 years ago.
TS ran on German TV 3-1/2 years ago. I watched it from the beginning and started to tape it after Spare Parts. The obvious slash in the show had hit me over the head.
I had a lot of fandoms. TOS, TNG, Sherlock Holmes, Quantum Leap, Forever Knight, Equalizer, Dr. Who, Black Adder, Monty Python, Stanislav Lem. I have no reasonable explanation why I loved that stuff.
I'm attracted to Jim and I identify with Blair as a dedicated student. Not that I would push him from the ledge of my bed. And I can identify with Jim's humor and stoic moods.
