Saya is a main character in the video game BanG Dream!, as well as the anime of the same name.
Canon
The only sane member of PoPiPa other than Rimi, Saya is also likely the busiest due to sharing band practice with part time work at her parents’ bakery and also looking after her two young siblings due to her mother’s poor health. Saya can’t always make it to practice, but has passion in spades and supplies free baked goods. People love Saya for much more than her buns, however.
Fandom
Saya is heavily shipped with other members of PoPiPa, most likely Arisa or Kasumi. Tsugu is Saya’s ‘busy buddy’, which sees them shipped on occasion, while Moca clearly only wants her for her buns, and Saya’s respect for ‘senpai’ Tomoe leads to rarepair shipping. Saya x Kaoru and Hagumi are other documented rarepairs.
