From the editorial:
Well before you all scream at me, let me first say that I've had fun finishing the publication. I've got some new recruits to help me & they're doing a great job. If you do get mail from Totally Television Press and it has a different name at the bottom, don't worry. I have a few people besides Cathy & I writing letters to you fellow fans.
This zine takes a totally different look than Investigation Files. It's more like a normal zine. It may be smaller, but I think the stories are good & have some interesting twists.
Also, a comment to you Scarecrow fans. Sorry, but Inside IFF is still in production, but we've had some problems with the computer. Joan Willoughby has been a great deal of help trying to throw parts of Inside IFF #9 together. I also want to thank Linda Knights for her help in the corrections on her story. Thanks Linda.
