Charlie's Angels is an American crime drama television series that aired on ABC. The series is about the adventures of three women working in a private detective agency in Los Angeles, California that only interact with their boss "Charlie" through a speaker phone.
It shared crossover episodes with The Love Boat and Vega$.
It was later adapted as two films: Charlie's Angels (2000, 2003) and rebooted in 2011: Charlie's Angels.

Fusion/AU
The fandom often brings the Charlie's Angels fusion/AU to other fandoms, where the storyline are quite similar - three female spies and a male character as a boss. The animated series Totally Spies takes this trope to heart - it has 3 female spies, led and joined because of Jerry (aka their Charlie). Fanworks are often shown in fanfiction using their tropes while fanart often style the characters in the famous Charlie's Angels pose.
