Ronan/Adam is the juggernaut slash ship in The Raven Cycle and The Dreamers Trilogy book series.
The first Ronan/Adam story on AO3 is dated Nov 2012.[1] Their popularity persisted as the fandom grew: as of Jan 2016, Adam/Ronan fics still made up more than half of all stories posted on AO3 for the fandom.[2] and in 2021, the pairing appeared in 5.3k out of 8.2k stories.
Through the first three books, the ship had been strongly hinted by the author to be on its way to becoming canon, and it did in the final installment, published on 26 April, 2016.
The relationship also appeared in the Ronan-centric continuation of the series, The Dreamers Trilogy.
