Remus/Lily is a het pairing between Lily Evans and Remus Lupin from the Harry Potter fandom.
Canon Background
Remus Lupin met Lily Evans at Hogwarts during the Marauders era. He was best friends with James Potter, whom she eventually married.
Fandom
Common fandom speculation was that Remus may have had feelings for Lily while they were at Hogwarts together. This was fuelled by a scene in the Prisoner of Azkaban film, in which Remus implies that he was closer to Lily than he was to James and says that Lily "was there for [him] at a time when no one else was," and describes her as having "had a way of seeing the beauty in others, even—and, perhaps most especially—when that person could not see it in themselves."
Some Marauders-era fanfiction depicts Remus and Lily having feelings for one another or even dating before Lily eventually marries James.
Lily and Remus sometimes appear together in a polyship with other characters, for example Lily/Remus/Severus and Lily/Remus/Sirius.
