Poison Pen Press/Numbered Zines

From Fanlore
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Garlic Press/Poison Pen Press/Amanita Press was unique in that it numbered all their zines. Reprints also got a separate number.

The press published, or printed for others a few times, a total of 85 titles and reprints. There was one error in printing: #51 was used twice.

This list is a combination of information from the zines themselves, information from the publisher, and some good guesses. There are bound to be some mistakes, and there are certainly gaps.

Gaps

  • reprints of Spockanalia will fill 7 or 8 spots
  • Quantum Leap Calendar 1991 and 1993 will fill 2 spots (though these dates are already covered)
  • the third issue of Eel-Bird Banders' Bulletin will take a spot
  • this leaves 9-12 unknowns
