The Author Comments

Luke and Wedge do get to work as a team in at least one other story, which is kind of a sequel to "A.W.O.L.". But it won't be what you're expecting, I assure you! And they don't get trashed either! Believe it or not, I don't often trash my characters. Well, not very often, anyway. I think Ormand was my piece de resistance in trashing! (Phew! I hear Luke and Wedge say, in unison...) [2]
