Why we love it: This is a well done fic that uses a case as a backdrop for a lovely first time romance. The author really has a grasp on the little things that make the characters feel real and set the scene perfectly. The romance here is perfectly done and we dare you not to swoon. Also...we like Steve's thighs almost as much as Danny does. ;)[1]
Why You Should Read This: You can’t go wrong with thegrrrl2002. She’s easily one of my favorite writers in the SGA fandom and her character work is always spot-on. Poor Danny just can’t catch a break. He thought he was just going on a nice date (to try to get over Steve) and proceeds to get roofied, beaten up and to spill his guts to Steve. Steve is not put off and the team is on the case.[3]
