Alistair/Morrigan is the pairing of Alistair and Morrigan from Dragon Age.
Canon
Their character interactions in Dragon Age: Origins mostly consist of antagonistic needling and banter. If the player makes the appropriate choices, the two of them may perform the Dark Ritual that results in them having a child, Kieran. Their paths separate after the game but they may meet again in Dragon Age: Inquisition for a brief encounter where their personalities and pairing dynamic seem to have mellowed out.
Fandom
The pairing is considered rare but it has a small, organized following. As of 2021, it features in 150 fics on AO3, although it often shows up as a side pairing.

- Witch Hunt AU: Alistair searching for Morrigan and their child, set shortly after DAO or Awakening. Typically written before DAI came out and thus often contradicts later-established canon, such as the name or gender of their child.
- Warden Alistair: The Warden version of Alistair features more heavily in fanwork than King Alistair, probably because the two of them only reconnect in DAI canon if Alistair is a Warden.
- Wilds Family: After their meeting in Skyhold, Alistair and Morrigan tentatively bond over Kieran.
- Fade Rescue / Survived In the Fade: There is an option to leave Alistair behind in the Fade in DAI where he is implied to die in battle. Some fics take the premise and have him survive the battle, after which Morrigan rescues him, either immediately or later when she discovers him by accident.
