September Star Enterprises was a zine publisher.
From a 1993 flyer: MOON MAGICK - NY, MOON MAGICK WEST and SEPTEMBER STAR are linked presses with similar projects so it may be possible to get details of all available zines from any one of the addresses."
According to On the Double, Quantum Star Productions is a merger of Quantum Fire Press and September Star Enterprises.
Moon Magick West and Moon Magick East were originally entwined with each other, but parted ways and "West" disowned "East."

Zines Proposed But Not Published
- Don't Say the L-Word ("Ever notice that the minute someone says the word 'love' to Sam Beckett, they end up in bed with him? Did you ever wonder what kinds of situations that little quirk of his may have led to? This zine revolves entirely around Sam's reaction to that word.") (September Star Enterprises, 1993)
- "Leap" is a Four Letter Word ("A strictly straight zine with emphasis on characterization, highlighting the friendship between Sam and Al.") (September Star Enterprises, 1993)
- 'Leap' is a Four Letter Word ("A strictly straight zine with an emphasis on characterization, highlighting the friendship between Sam and Al.") (September Star Enterprises, 1993)
- Prima Donna ("A one-shot anti-Donna zine. How does Sam get rid of her? Still in the planning stages, but it wouldn't hurt to get in touch and ask for details." Another description: "Started out to be a parody featuring inventive ways to get rid of Donna (or, for those who like her—give her a real life). But it's turning into a batch of interesting stories dealing with any of the women of Project Quantum Leap." Another description: "A mostly—for-fun zine, featuring the women of Project Quantum Leap. Stories can be humorous, vengeful, or complimentary. Sam and Al as major characters are certainly welcome.") (Moon Magick Productions - NY, 1993)
