Metropolis was a 10-page fanzine distributed at the first Worldcon in 1939. It was for, and named after, the 1927 Fritz Lang silent film. Worldcon also screened the film. While it promised subsequent issues, none were made.
Fancyclopedia considers it to be possibly the first ever media fandom fanzine.
