MamiKyou 「I wish to fight it」 is a Puella Magi Madoka Magica doujinshi by shino (ponjiyuusu). It explores the complicated relationship between Sakura Kyouko and Tomoe Mami, as well as Kyouko and Miki Sayaka.
Plot Summary
A bored Kyouko encounters Mami prior to the events of the anime and challenges her to a fight, which Mami wins easily. Undeterred, Kyouko keeps trying day after day, much to Mami's chagrin. Mami explains that it is her dream to protect Mitakihara by continuing to fight.
Kyubey informs Kyouko of Mami's death in Charlotte's labyrinth, and a grieving Kyouko decides to return to Mitakihara. She clashes with Sayaka, only to sacrifice everything to save her when Sayaka transforms into a witch. A restored Sayaka vows to continue protecting the city, inspired by Kyouko and Mami's examples.
