Love's Last Glimpse Awards was an award site for Buffy the Vampire Slayer fanfiction primarily focused on the romantic relationship between Buffy and Spike. The awards were founded and overseen by eurydice72.

Announcement Post

As anyone who knows me understands, I'm a huge proponent for fanfic awards. I honestly believe that they're one of the few ways fanfic authors can get a little something for all their hard work in creating the stories that we love so much. I try to read as much as I can, and then nominate those stories that I think deserve it. However, as the fandom is changing, some of the old reliables are closing down (or their owners are losing interest and failing to maintain them). At least three that I had regularly nominated at are no longer around, and that saddened me enough to the point where I decided to do something about it.

So I created my own awards site. Well, I created the idea around it. The layout was designed by the very talented Roxy over at Forever Devoted while the nominee buttons (and award banners when we get around to those) were done by the fantabulous eyesthatslay; I just did all the boring code work for the individual pages and nomination form (go me on learning CGI for this!). I was originally planning on launching January 1, but with the site completely done, I've changed my mind (stop laughing, angstchic!) and opted to launch it December 1.

Which would be today. :)
