Fandom History
I've been in fandom since 1999/2000 and these are some of my ships:
frerard, merthur, boondock saints (connor/murphy), wincest, j2, stony, queliot, wolfstar (siriusxremus), qui/obiAnd this is my fandom history:
I've seriously been around since long before there was Ao3. My first fandom was Roswell (I wrote Zan/Liz, the most obscure pairing you could think of) and posted that to a fanfiction board with like 20 members. In 2000 I fell into The Phantom Menace fandom and was a member of the Master/Apprentice List. I went on to become a Sirius/Remus shipper, a fandom in which I wrote a huuuuge amount of fic.
2003-2005 saw me writing Boondock Saints fic. I was one of the mods of the Boondock Saints RPG: https://all-saints.livejournal.com/ and played Murphy MacManus as well as my original character Jack Wilson. (Smecker/Jack has the softest spot in my heart, still...)
Supernatural steam-rolled me like a freight train and I spent the next four years reading and writing A LOT of Wincest and J2. I was one of the four mods of the [Supernatural Wiki]. Sadly, I really didn't enjoy Season 4 and stopped watching after Season 5.
2010 found me falling in love with My Chemical Romance (I blame Gerard Way's red hair and their cool Killjoys video). I wrote a little bit (my series "24 frames per Second" is here on the Archive).
My private life kind of took up the next couple of years. (In a good way, I had a kid. He's the best.)
I had a brief, bitter love affair with The Magicians fandom. I read a lot of Stony.
In the fall of 2019 I happened to stumble over a MerlinxArthur rec. I've dallied in that fandom briefly in 2008/2009. I read the story. I fell hard. Here I am, back to writing :-)
