Kyp Durron is a character from the Star Wars Legends series of tie-in novels, first appearing in Kevin J. Anderson's Jedi Academy Trilogy. He also appears in the New Jedi Order series.
Kyp Durron/Jaina Solo is a popular pairing and one side of the Jaina Solo Ship Wars. The ship's detractors point to the the age gap as being problematic.
