Kevin J. Anderson (born March 27, 1962 Racine, Wisconsin, USA) is a writer.
He became known for his tie-in novels from the Star Wars and Dune universes. He collaborated with authors such as Dean Koontz and Doug Beason.
He worked on The X-Files comic books released by TOPPS, is the author of the X-Files novels Antibodies, Ruins, Ground Zero along with the short story "Statues" from the anthology book X-Files: Trust No One. The audio book versions of his X-Files novels were read by Gillian Anderson, Mitch Pileggi and others.
Further works were released are under the pseudonym K.J. Anderson.
Anderson wrote fanfiction in Fesarius #4 in 1984. He also wrote a MediaWest*Con con report in 1982 that was printed in Fesarius #3.
