Kimberley Jackson is a fan writer, as well as a fan artist. She has actively written in numerous fandoms such as Star Trek Voyager, Alias, NCIS as well as Stargate SG-1.
Several of her stories have been nominated in online awards. Her stories Blue Skies and After Tonight both won a 2007 KIBBS Award. Her story "Christmas Dreams" won a 2010 NCIS Online Award. She has also been nominated as "Best Author" and won the 2007 KIBBS Award in that category. During 2014 and 2015, her most notable works were Stargate Aschen and Leather and Lace.
Kimberley Jackson also writes original fiction and independently published her debut novel "The Slave's Secret" in February 2018. She has also published a number of scientific papers in print and digital formats with publishers.
