Aruhi no Basho. (或る日の場所。, The Place of One Day.) is a Naruto doujinshi series by Oushikiso-H. The series is centered on Uchiha Sasuke and contains Kakashi x Sasuke and Itachi x Sasuke.
The series contains some of the first doujinshi of Uchiha Itachi and of Itachi x Sasuke—possibly the earliest depiction in fanworks. Itachi was introduced in this series shortly after he was glimpsed in canon but before he was fully introduced. As such, Itachi's character design is extremely different from canon in the early books with him, so much so that he's been described as an "original character" in them. In later books, after he was introduced in canon near the end of 2002, he's designed more like his canon self.

This is an unknown issue of Aruhi no Basho; since it doesn't have a number, it's possibly the first issue, but that's uncertain.[2] It at least shows that the series was being published as early as 2000.

The title on the cover is styled Aruhi no Basho. <Sono Juu-yon.> (或る日の場所。 ＜其の十四＞) but the title inside and in the credits is the more traditional Aruhi no Basho Juu-yon. (或る日の場所十四. - Aruhi no Basho 14.) Both endings approximately mean "14," but the version on the cover adds emphasis, e.g. "the fourteenth" or "that fourteenth (day)."
The story is Itachi x Sasuke shota, approximately rated R for non-explicit sex. The emphasis in the title might be a reference to the sexual nature of the doujinshi, which might (speculatively) be a first-time story.[6]
