Chakotay/Paris slash fanfiction
Note: This story is an unanticipated sequel to Vyola's "Second Impression". You should definitely read that story first or you won't have a clue what's going on.
C/P, NC-17
Summary: The real reason Devore Inspector Kashyk didn't arrest Voyager's telepaths at the end of "Counterpoint."
Note: I'll admit I don't recall the episode too clearly, but I wondered how Voyager was able to leave Devore space without being stopped for hiding their *own* telepaths. Kashyk met Tuvok, and probably the others, while he was seeking asylum on the ship. Even if he lost the shuttles full of refugees, wouldn't he have tried to save face by bringing in Voyager? Why was Voyager just able to go merrily on its way?
Warning: Angst, pain, humiliation, all in the past tense.
Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4 - Part 5
C/P, NC-17
Summary: An alien royal makes Chakotay an offer he can't refuse.
Note: Slightly AU, P/T never happened and I don't know how canon Chakotay dresses off duty. Also, Tom's 30, Chakotay 39.
Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4 - Part 5 - Part 6 - Part 7 - Part 8 - Part 9
Part 10 - Part 11 - Part 12 - Part 13 - Part 14 - Part 15 - Part 16
Summary: Treachery raises the stakes and changes lives when the leader of the Terran Empire seeks to restore the Federation.
Note: Gory in spots during the combat. Very AU, as this is basically the film "Gladiator" set in a Star Trek universe, though slightly drifting away from the exact plot. No Maquis, no Delta Quadrant, etc. This is my response to the challenge about movies. I'm not sure there will be a sex scene (there wasn't in the film), so the rating is a precaution. Sisko is older here than he is in canon.

Part 25 - Part 26
C/P, PG
Summary: Tom goes hunting for Chakotay's holographic honey.
Note: Slightly AU (no P/T). The story starts in the middle of "Fair Haven," and paraphrases a bit of dialogue from that episode.
C/P, PG-13
Summary: A drunk Tom Paris has an interesting conversation with Chakotay.
Note: An experiment in POV that got out of hand. Part one is Chakotay's perspective, the conclusion Tom's.
Part 1 - Part 2
C/P, NC-17
Summary: While on an away mission, a member of Voyager's crew drinks an alien aphrodisiac.
Note: AU (no P/T). Set some time after "Day of Honor." Part 2 isn't a continuation of Part 1, it's actually a reset. Part 1 is Version 1, where Tom slurps the carnal concoction. In Part 2 (Version 2), Chakotay imbibes the potent punch. POV switches back and forth.
Part 1 - Part 2
C/P, PG-13
Summary: A twist on an old tale, involving Voyager's resident studmuffins.
Note: Bad, bad fic ahead. You've been warned. Originally this title was going to be for "Accidental Passions Version 2", but that piece is turning more serious than I intended. So this is just a bit of fluff so the title won't go to waste. I really don't remember the fairy tale that well, so my apologies for not even ripping it off accurately.
C/P, R
Summary: Chakotay returns from an away mission to find the crew of Voyager in a very strange state.
Note: No P/T. Inspired by the two minutes I saw of the Enterprise episode "Singularity".
C/P, NC-17
Summary: Tom gets a roommate for Prixin.
Note: No P/T. Originally written for Kim R.'s ChakotayFest request for a "hot Chakotay story for the holidays".
[Well Met By Moonlight]
C/P, PG-13
Summary: A nighttime conversation is the aftermath of a pool game with most unusual stakes.
Note: AU (No P/T). Originally written for the 2002 "Die J/C Die" Contest.
C/P, NC-17
Summary: Tom recalls meeting Chakotay.
Note: A prequel to a future story called "The Crucible". Originally written as an answer to Polly's cliché challenge for the Cha!Club anniversary. Set before the final scene of "Ex Post Facto". The song listed is "Bother" by Corey Taylor from the "Spider-Man" soundtrack.
C/P/T, NC-17
Summary: Chakotay learns something when he gives a samba lesson.
Note: Set after "Fair Haven". Originally written for the 2002 "Die J/C Die" contest.
C/P, NC-17
Adventure I: El Diablo Bonito
Summary: A marshal pursues a notorious outlaw and winds up with more than he bargained for.
Note: A tip of the hat to Kim R.'s "Playtime" series for the inspiration. These are going to be mostly PWPs as Tom and Chakotay spice up their marriage by roleplaying a variety of scenarios. I haven't actually seen "El Diablo", but Robert Beltran's photos from it are so deliciously wicked I just couldn't resist. If I have the Spanish wrong, do let me know.
Adventure II: The Quick and the Deadly
Summary: An invitation to a gunfight brings together two very different men.
Note: Did you know that the Australian airing of "The Quick and the Dead" had a sex scene? Yep, between Russell Crowe and Sharon Stone. This Voyager version is based on a description of the encounter---with recasting, of course.
C/P, PG-13, Humor, Parody
Summary: Voyager deals with an interspecies incident.
Note: This is parody, a satirical look at life on board the good ship Voyager. You've been warned.
C/P, PG-13
Summary: Chakotay and Tom end up in quarantine together.
Note: Originally written for the 2003 "Die J/C Die" contest. Set immediately after "False Profits."
C/P, PG-13
Summary: Alien eyes help Tom behold what he's been missing.
Note: A bit of whimsy that I'll admit may not make too much sense.
C/Tu, C/P, NC-17
Summary: The consequences of Tom and B'Elanna's relationship.
Note: Angst. These characters are more flawed and gritty than usual. Set the evening after the last scene of "Scientific Method". Inspired by the question of why B'Elanna would stay with Tom when, in canon, they didn't really seem to be "together" until B'Elanna's pregnancy. (That is, Tom often ignored her in favor of other pursuits, and B'Elanna didn't seem to mind all that much.) Started out as a C/Tu a few months ago, but strangely enough circled back to C/P.
Chakotay/Other Slash Fanfiction
Summary: Chakotay helps an old friend when he's down.
Note: For this story, I'm using the dates listed on a Star Trek website. Riker and Chakotay are the same age (both born 2335), and Chakotay attended the Academy from 2350-54, while Riker was there 2353-57.
Part 1 - Part 2
C/Weyoun, NC-17, VOY/DS9
Backstory: On Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Michael Eddington was a Starfleet officer turned Maquis spy. After he finally broke cover, he became a Maquis leader and a serious threat to the status quo. He was eventually captured and imprisoned by Starfleet. He later deceived his captors into taking him to a planet they thought held weapons they needed to destroy, but actually was the last sanctuary for the few remaining Maquis. Eddington died making sure the last of his people were saved from the Cardassian-Jem'Hadar slaughter. Among those rescued was his wife, Rebecca.
Weyoun was a Vorta clone who served the Dominion as liaison to the Cardassian Empire. His people believed the shape-shifting Founders (like DS9's Odo) were gods because they had genetically transformed his people from the ape-like creatures they used to be. There were several clones of Weyoun during DS9's run, one of whom tried to defect and turn over military secrets to Odo. There's an interesting loophole in Weyoun's history: In one episode, it's made clear that Weyoun's genetic material is secure, but in the final episode, Garak kills the Vorta and someone says that he was the last clone. Therein lies this tale.
Time: Set a few months after the final Voyager episode, "Endgame."
Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4
C/Methos, NC-17, VOY/Highlander
Summary: Serendipity brings together two hearts ready for love.
Notes: Very AU response to Kim's Summer Challenge. I had absolutely no intention of starting yet another story, so I blame this entirely on being rudely awakened at 4am. Set almost a year after "Endgame". In Chakotay's POV, Methos's name is Peter, since that's how they were introduced.
Part 1 - Part 2
C/?, PG-13
Summary: Chakotay and Kathryn are at a crossroads.
Notes: Set six months after "Hunters". Written for the 2002 Die J/C Die contest.
Broken Links, New Bonds
C/Tuvok, NC-17
Summary: Tuvok seeks counsel after being assimilated by the Borg.
Notes: Set after the conclusion of "Unimatrix Zero".
