Some Excerpts

It’s is quite funny because for a time, the plot in the series was depressing for me as a fan and as a shipper. You won’t believe how much time I spent bugging my younger sister to tell her how miserable and frustrated I am because of all the hurdles they thrown Klaus and Caroline’s way and the walls (more like barricades) they (showrunners/writers) erected to keep them separated… Shipping two people who are on two different shows can drive someone crazy (namely me). It’s a one-way ticket to the asylum, I’m telling you. But, that is where YOU come in. Nothing can bring this fandom down! The fan fiction, the tweets, Tumblr posts, videos, the Klaroline Mag and Awards, the petition – the entire fandom endeavoring to keep the ship afloat is so impacting it’s impossible for you to wallow for eternity. The fandom’s resilience is surely admirable. I know, I know… Hope springs eternal (Are we talking about the Mikaelson one? No?) but with everything this fandom has done to show how much we love and support the ship, I bet even Lord Voldemort’s heart will melt a little. Of course, it’s alright to wake up one morning and throw a tantrum or two because they’re taking “However long it takes” way seriously. But we have to keep the faith! And remember, happiness is a choice. If somehow, you suddenly find yourself overwhelmed with all the negativity the spoilers, the rumors or canon is throwing at you, then get up, go to YouTube and search the Klaroline scenes from 4×07. If the showrunners, the writers and the network aren’t giving enough and are just perpetually taking, then it has to be YOU who has to bring those feels back. Why? Because that’s how we, Klaroliners, roll.
