Ichizoku Fukkou Zenyasai (一族復興前夜祭, The Eve of the Clan Revival) is a Naruto doujinshi by Arcon. It's an R-18 Sasuke x Itachi collection of ero CGI art (8 pages) and a short manga (4 pages). Itachi is a girl, and heavily pregnant in the manga portion. Sasuke uses snakes in a manner remnant of tentacles.
This was possibly only released online as a collection, rather than in print. It was available for sale online by 2010 July 01, but it was possibly released earlier.
