Haruka Tenou is a Sailor Moon character that changes into Sailor Uranus.
Canon
Haruka is a racecar driver and is frequently mistaken for a boy. When changed into Sailor Uranus, she possesses powers associated with the sky, precognition, and sword combat.
She is in a relationship with Michiru Kaioh. Besides her relationship with Michiru, Haruka is also close friends with Setsuna Meioh, because the three of them work closely together. Following the destruction of the Death Busters and the rebirth of Sailor Saturn as an infant, they vow to be her family and care for her.

Haruka was very popular in the heyday of Sailor Moon fandom, especially within the Girls' Love circles. A good number of LGBT female fans have confessed to having a crush on her, or even crediting her for realizing they were attracted to women.
Shipping
Haruka is mainly shipped with Michiru, although like any other Sailor Soldier she is often paired up with the others, most popularly with Usagi Tsukino, Sailor Moon.
