The con announcement said: "Proceeds to to International Fund for Animal Welfare. Art Show (expecting work by Liltz, Fister-Liltz, River and Paulie (B&B, Art, Trek Classic, Pepsi Trek, Pern, Tolkien, Zines, UNCLE, Batman, Remington Steele, Pros, Crystals...), Fashion Show and Hall Costume judging, 24-hour gaming, Reading Room, Murder Mystery." -- printed in Herne's Son #2

From a December 1990 ad: "Registration is $15.00 until December 31, 1990 and $20.00 thereafter and at the door. GrandCon is a media convention with Guests, Dealer's Room, Art Show, Print Shop, Video Rooms, Panels, Entertainment, Costumes, Filk concert fan GOH Tom Smith, Filking in evenings. Gaming, Charity Auction (The Internationa! Society for Endangered Cats), Zine Reading Room, and Scavenger Hunt. (GrandCon 1990 had a Murder Mystery.)"
