Fill is the term often used for the fanfiction (or other type of fanwork, such as fanart or sometimes a vid) created in response to a prompt.

The term is commonly used on kink memes and other types of fanwork-creation memes, such as comment fic fests, and the fanfiction created for Reverse Bangs may sometimes be referred to as filling the artist's prompt. 'Fill' is a less common usage for other types of prompt-based challenges; 'response' is more commonly used in these contexts.
