Eliot Waugh is a character in the TV series The Magicians, which is based on the series of novels of the same name by Lev Grossman.
Canon
Eliot Waugh is a second-year student at Brakebills University when the show starts. He is canonically queer. The character experiences tremendous growth throughout the seasons, going from a partying dandy at the beginning of the show to a complex and heroic character whose rescue drives the main season 4 plot.
Eliot's most important relationships are with his best friend Margo Hanson and his canon love interest Quentin Coldwater. In Fillory, he also has both a wife (Fen) and a fiancé (Idri.)
