Due to the casting of Benedict Cumberbatch, crossovers with BBC's Sherlock is fairly popular. Hannibal crossovers also appeared, this is due to the casting behind Kaecilius: Mads Mikkelsen had starred as Hannibal Lector on the TV series.

BBC's Sherlock character Molly Hooper is also shipped with Stephen Strange, this is probably due to the similarities between Stephen Strange and Sherlock Holmes and the fans shipping Sherlock/Molly (Same thing happened when Cumberbatch appeared in Star Trek AOS, see Molly/Khan for more information).
