Vidder's note

"I am so excited for the Doctor Strange movie I didn't want to wait for a trailer. I freaked out when I first saw CA:TWS and they name dropped Strange. Now that Scott Derickson has signed on as the director, it's even more exciting.
Obviously, this is my fan-cast as no one has been announced yet but I would like to see either Evans or Eric Banna as Stephen. Regardless, Marvel has had A+ casting so far, I'm pretty sure they'll get it right.
I'm also very sorry; I had absolutely no ideas for ladies. I think Claire Danes would make a great Clea, but I didn't really have any ideas for working her into the trailer."

Story

An arrogant but brilliant neurosurgeon, Stephen Strange (Luke Evans), suffers a horrible car accident and his hands are badly damaged. No longer able to perform surgeries and unwilling to take a lower position, Strange tries everything to fix his hands and eventually loses everything. Driven to despair, Strange is approached by a man, Wong (Donnie Yen), who tells him that there may be another way. Wong takes Strange to Tibet and the Ancient One (Ken Watanabe) who teaches him the Arcane Arts as well as humility. While there, Strange meets Baron Mordo (Karl Urban) another student of the Ancient One, who he quickly finds himself at odds with.
