Dark Places, formerly known as The Colakid Angst Archive, is an angst archive with fanfiction, fanart, fandom links, a forum, character biographies and more. The last update was in 2006.

How it all beganOnce upon a time, Sparky was over at Krazy’s house and they were (as one does) looking through webpages for angsty fanfic, mainly centred around Greg Sanders, and were getting frustrated at searching through romance upon romance to find any worth reading. At some point during this afternoon it was mentioned that someone should set up an archive so that twisted, yet wonderful people like themselves could get to the fanfic they want. So being the insane (possibly krazy) people that they were (and still are), they did. In April 2005, the archive was moved to http://dark-places.net and renamed Dark-Places. [...]
Who We Are-
ColaKid is the combined name of SparkyCOLA and KrazyKID197, though most people call us Sparky and Krazy. The other mods are several others who have joined us, to help keep up the fandoms.
Here you can expect to find- Lots of angst, friendly mods (most of the time), and hopefully a fandom that you enjoy.
