Cynthia Levine was a fan writer and convention organizer.

In 1982, she was nominated for a FanQ award and submitted the following bio to The Annual Fan Q Awards Nominations Booklet:

"I never knew Star Trek fandom existed until I read the book Star Trek Lives!. Thus, my first convention was the 1976 Star Trek con run by "the Committee." At a Kraith party, I met Linda Deneroff, who has already mentioned most of my fan publishing career [in reference to Linda's submission to the booklet]. Besides working on GUARDIAN....I have become involved in the local media fandom, and am running the art show for the forthcoming Bloomingcon (*plug*) to be held July 4th weekend in Minneapolis. I have prior experience in art shows, having run them for Lunacon when I lived In New York. Aside from Star Trek, which will always remain in my heart I am currently involved in Starsky & Hutch fandom, and I am writing a novel in that universe."

She passed on October 27, 2014.
