Linda Deneroff is a fan writer, zine publisher, and a convention organizer. Her fanzine press was Mazeltough Press.
In 1982, she was nominated for a FanQ award and submitted the following bio to The Annual Fan Q Awards Nominations Booklet:
I have been reading science fiction since I was 12 years old, but I didn't know fandom existed until I was 21. That was 11 years ago, and I haven't regretted a moment of it. My first convention was Lunacon '71, and then in January '72 I attended the first of what has since come to be known as "the Committee" cons. I became an assistant at those, and at the last one in 1976, I met Cynthia Levine. Together, we helped collate various fanzines and participate in barnstorming sessions on others. Finally, In 1977, we put our two heads together and said, "Why don't we do a zine of our own?" The result was GUARDIAN which is currently in its fourth issue. Besides zine-pubbing, I have written several Star Trek stories and vignettes, and worked on various New York conventions, and chaired the 1981 Lunacon.
