Cynthia/Cyrus, known mostly as MizuhikiShipping and/or アカシロ (Akashiro), is a common ship in the Pokémon fandom. "MizuhikiShipping" was coined on 28 September 2008 by Faerie on Serebii.net.[1] It refers to the Mizuhiki ceremonial knot in Japan, which may be done with a red ("aka", part of Cyrus's Japanese name,) and white ("shiro", part of Cynthia's name,) string.
