Fox is sent back in time, immediately murders Palpatine, and surprisingly nothing but good things follow so he’s got plenty of time now to get to the other things on his bucket list, including but not limited to: murdering Count Dooku, murdering Anakin Skywalker, saving Senator Amidala from her atrocious taste in men, and seducing Mace Windu. This fic is BLISTERINGLY funny, Fox’s very dry point of view on things and readiness to shoot Anakin at literally any moment literally had me struggling to not laugh out loud at work. This is also an INCREDIBLY pro-Mace Windu fic, with all of the clones, for once, in love with Mace Windu instead of the more popular suspects. It’s what he deserves, and Fox agrees.
*cackles* Fox deserved this SO MUCH! Hilarious and satisfying.

This was so much fun to read from beginning to end! There is something very satisfying about time travel fix-its where the person traveling doesn't _agonize_ over all the choices and changes but just gets right into murdering the people who need to be murdered. Also, Fox's revenge in making Palpatine a hero and beloved reformer is the most beautiful poetic justice, and such a dick move. I love it. I love this Fox so much.As always your writing is so deft and balanced - you manage to allow glimpses of the deep traumas of the clones without ever falling into maudlin hand wringing and your Jedi are everything I want from the Order. (The through line of Jon's string of death reports will never not be funny, and I love that it just crops up in the background of so many of your stories.)

This was excellent!Fox being absolutely petty, ruthless and devastatingly precise in his revenge for Palpatine and Skywalker is such a delight to watch! And Mace matches him perfectly, all understated badassery and loving the chaos. And the way you described Depa from Fox' perspective always made me smile. And the little glimpses into Fox relationshps with other clones was also delightful! (Cody is always crazy).

The absolute GALAXY BRAIN level of PETTINESS for Fox to make Palpatine the Hero of the Republic post-mortem in every single way the Sith would utterly DESPISE!!!!! I have no words. It's stunning. Please, imagine inserted here approximately three and a half pages of keysmashing and various emoticons of praise.
Mace deserves ALL the flowers, I'm with Fox on this one! 😤 They're so cute together I love it!
