Cody (CC-2224) is a clone trooper and primarily appears in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Canon

He was raised on Kamino with the other clones of Jango Fett. He has a scar around his left eye, and his armour features a sunburst on his abdomen, an antenna on his left pauldron, and 212th orange-gold paint.

He was made Marshall Commander, and serves with the 3rd Systems Army, 7th Sky Corps, 212th Attack Battalion, and Ghost Company of the Grand Army of the Republic. (The details of how the army is structured mean that it is understood that those overlap, but unclear on how.) He has a close working relationship with Obi-Wan Kenobi as his second in command of all of above, and as such is one of the highest ranking clones.

More notable canon actions during the war include physically punching/kicking Separatist droids, and picking up and returning Obi-Wan's lightsaber after he has dropped it.

At the end of the war, at the Battle of Utapau, Chancellor Palpatine (Darth Sidious) comms him to instruct him to "Execute Order 66", activating the clone control chip and causing him to order the troops to fire on Obi-Wan Kenobi.
