Category talk:Star Wars: Sequel Trilogy

Wondering if Category:Star Wars: The Force Awakens should become Category:Star Wars: Sequel Trilogy or something similar? It seems unnecessary to start a new category for The Last Jedi and Episode 9 as there's so much overlap. I know Ao3 has merged the tags for individual movies within the trilogies, so maybe something similar would work well here. --Auntags (talk) 19:00, 18 February 2018 (UTC)

We don't have to follow AO3, but in this case I think it makes sense. I don't see there being a separate fandom for TFA vs. TLJ.--aethel (talk) 17:15, 3 March 2018 (UTC)

I agree, there are a lot of pages on Fanlore that relate to the Sequel Trilogy but not necessarily to TFA. -- Baycitybomber (talk) 09:37, 2 April 2018 (UTC)
