Charlie's Angels is an American crime drama television series which aired on ABC. The series is about the adventures of three women working in a private detective agency in Los Angeles, California who only interact with their boss, "Charlie", through a speaker phone.
It shared crossover episodes with The Love Boat and Vega$.
It was later adapted as two films: Charlie's Angels (2000, 2003) and rebooted in 2011: Charlie's Angels.

Fusion/AU
Much fan work consists of Charlie's Angels fusion/AU with characters from other fandoms, where the storyline are quite similar - three female spies and a male character as a boss. The animated series Totally Spies takes this trope to heart - it has 3 female spies, led and joined because of Jerry (aka their Charlie). Fanfiction may use their tropes while fanart often styles the characters in the famous Charlie's Angels pose.
