Baillie Collected is a 67-page gen Star Trek: TOS anthology. It contains a series of stories written by Valerie Piacentini. Most stories were first printed in various issues of Log Entries; it also included two new stories and some poetry. It was first printed as Repeat Missions #3 by STAG and reprinted by Scotpress with the title Baillie Collected in 1981.

From the Editorial

one of two illos in the zine, Martin Bradley

All the stories in Baillie Collected are by the one writer - our friend from the Security Section of the Enterprise, Mr. Baillie. Mr. Baillie's first anecdote was recounted in STAG Newsletter No. 18, and quite a lot of water has flowed under the bridge since then. It was a competition entry, and Valerie told me later that she carried the story around for several days before she plucked up the courage to send it in. If she'd known where she was to end up, I wonder if she'd still have sent that story in? After than, Mr. Baillie became a fairly regular member of the Log Entries staff and a very popular character. However, all of his stories went out of print as the various issues of Log Entries sold out, so we decided to gather them all together into a 'Baillie Collected.' As well as the stories that have already appeared, the zine contains two never-before-printed stories. Perhaps it isn't fair to put new stories into what is actually a reprint zine; but we wanted to keep all the Baillie stories so far written together.

Perhaps Mr. Baillie will return to duty shortly? At the moment he's on an extended R & R (Valerie thinks he's just being lazy). I'm sure we all hope "that we'll hear more from him soon.
