Atobe and Kabaji are childhood friends in canon, and Kabaji is usually at Atobe's side waiting for instructions.
Fandom
While it doesn't qualify as a crack ship, it's a rarepair for Atobe since he's so widely shipped with other characters. Kabaji's primary relationship in canon is with Atobe, so it's the most popular ship for his character.
