bzzinglikeneon, also known as alchemy and previously known as halogirl or halogirl8, is a fan artist, fan writer, and moderator.
She began using the name "halogirl" in 1997.[2] She changed her LiveJournal handle from "halogirl8" to "bzzinglikeneon" around 2006. She changed her Dreamwidth handle to "alchemy" in 2012.
She was a Harry Potter fan in the early 2000s and was the primary admin and owner of Diagon Alley after founder Ali Wildgoose stepped back from the site.[3][4] She also ran a number of LiveJournal communities and fansites.[3]
Anita has written in Torchwood and Teen Wolf fandoms. She is currently on hiatus from writing fanfiction.[5]
