What is (My) Immortal : The Series?
A six episode fan-made Harry Potter parody based off of Tara’s most famous creation: Enoby (Ebony?) Darkness Dementia Raven Way, the original mallcore goff who turns the lives of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley upside down.
Made for and by serious Potterheads, (My) Immortal is going to show those preps once and for all who the top goff at Hogwarts is.[1]

If the creators of the (My) Immortal Web Series never release another episode of it, I want them to know that I still love them dearly, and that No Boys Dorm is great. But seriously. Their take on My Immortal is amazing and you all need to watch it.[3]
I feel like the fanfic is how everything happens through Enoby's eyes and this is how it actually all happened, lol[4]
What I love about this series is how it turns the My Immortal bad writing... into good writing just by changing the context. Enoby is the same Enoby from the fanfiction, but the context for her personality and the things she does changes. Making My Immortal sort of what Enoby wishes the world were like and things it is. Versus what it is really like. So Enoby isn't with a bunch of Goffs she is just sort of a bully who pushes it on them. She isn't some hip person, she is out of touch.[5]
I can't tell at what point I stopped enjoying this ironically and started plain enjoying it...[6]
I like how they've managed to preserve the really confusing nature of the plot. We have no idea who is good and who is evil and what anyone's goals are.[7]
Say what you want about the My Immortal fanfiction, but this webseries has more racial diversity and LGBTQ diversity than Harry Potter books & movies ever have. And this is more funny and entertaining.[8]
