Zac/Carrick is the RPF pairing of Zac Hanson and fellow musician Carrick Moore Gerety. Carrick now performs solo under just his first name, but previously toured with Hanson as part of the band Everybody Else.
Ship Appeal
Zac and Carrick have appeared to be close friends for as long as Hanson have known him. They opened for several shows on Hanson's tour in 2007, and for an entire leg of their 2008 tour, spawning multiple fan videos of the two interacting on stage.[1]
Fans really began to notice the ship potential after Carrick attended Hanson's annual songwriters retreat, Fools Banquet, in 2009.[2][3] They appeared to lose touch for several years, but reunited in 2013, much to their fans' delight,[4] and toured together again in 2015.
Their obvious friendship, the songs they've cowritten[5] and their rumored shared hobbies fuel high interest in this ship, although few writers have tackled it.
