Proposals
Mystery Frank proposed this zine as a Starsky and Hutch zine in On the Double #34 published in 1996. "This Starsky and Hutch zine is open for submissions. Its title comes from a quote of David Soul's: Starsky and Hutch is a love story between two men who happen to be cops. Watch an episode on cable, get all fired up, and send me a story! 'The Blond Blintz' and 'Heavenly Polaris' crave new adventures, new loves...perhaps each other?"
In the October 1996 Black Bean Soup, there was a proposal to have both a gen and slash version of this zine ready for 1997 Media West.
