I started writing when I was seven years old, before I even knew fanfic existed. My very first story was a Narnia / ST:TNG crossover (because I really wanted Q and Aslan to have a showdown). I discovered fanfic late in my twenties and primarily lurked for several years, reading SG1, Buffy and Charmed fanfics. But it wasn't until Supernatural that I tried my hand at writing fic. My first fics were comment-fics written over at LJ at the spn quote-fic community. Since there were (at the time) a distinct lack of gen Sam-centric fics exploring his demon-blood given powers, I began writing those--the episodes I wished I could see, and eventually wove those comment-fics into my first 'verse, Daystar. Almost immediately after, I wrote what would become Theosis and quickreaver read it, liked it and offered to make an illustration! I felt like I'd won the lottery. This incredible, talented artist wanted to illustrate my little blood-drenched Sam fantasy? That was the moment that I fell permanently in love with fandom.

Quickreaver and I have since made numerous joint works together which are gathered here at blood & pie

Then, after joining the MCU fandom, I had the great fortune of luckyraeve wanting to do a comic version of How They Make You a Weapon! We've collaborated on several MCU projects since.

I've also been a member and co-moderator of the 12mowrimo writer's community on LJ for several years, and wrangle our wordcounts every month.

Fandom has given me so much joy and I've had the thrill on working on so many amazing projects with so many other talented artists, writers and betas that help my writing evolve year after year. I'm just really happy to be here and look forward to many more years of awesomeness. <3
