Tom/Hermione or Voldemort/Hermione is the het pairing of Tom Riddle and Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter fandom. The two have never directly interacted in canon.
This ship, like most others involving Hogwarts students (particularly Hermione) in relationships with Death Eaters, is a highly controversial one and most Tomione shippers are slightly alienated from the rest of the fandom.

- It should be noted that Tom Riddle/Hermione and Voldemort/Hermione are two different tags. The former usually focuses on Hermione falling in love with young Tom Riddle, and the latter is the pairing of Hermione and the Lord Voldemort we see in canon.
