Granger Enchanted was a Harry Potter fanfiction archive focusing on the character Hermione Granger. It had featured various pairing Hermione specific fics. It had three separate sections of the site, Enchant (the original archive that focuses on Hermione & Hermione pairings), Malfoy Manor (Hermione/Malfoy specific pairings), and the Owl Post (a forum).
History
Granger Enchanted was started by MistressMalfoy because she wanted to create "a home for quality fiction and lovers of Hermione Granger centric pairings", since many websites at that time only focused on one of her primary pairings (Hermione/Harry, Hermione/Draco, and Hermione/Ron). Although the website was small in the beginning and hardly visited, it later became one of the largest Hermione specific pairing websites and a favorite among Hermione fans.[1]
The site also housed Elysium (Harry Potter slash archive),[2] Pure Arrogance (Malfoy, Black and Lestrange later a Pureblood archive),[3] and We Solemnly Swear... (a Marauders archive).[4]
The site went down around April 2016,[5] and was announced on the site's Facebook[6][Dead link] that MistressMalfoy was closing the site due to personal reasons. There were plans to move to Archive of Our Own, however the web host had already deleted all the files and there were no backups. Due to this, there were many fanfiction lost due to the sudden deletion of the archive.
