Theon Greyjoy/Jeyne Poole is an het ship of Theon Greyjoy and Jeyne Poole in the fandom for the book series A Song of Ice and Fire.
Canon
At the beginning of the series, both Theon and Jeyne lived in Winterfell, where they grew up. They were friends of Robb Stark and Sansa Stark, respectively, but they didn't have any interactions. In the first book Jeyne leaves with his dad to go to King's Landing, accompanying Eddard Stark and his daughters. After the massacre of Eddard's household following his arrest for treason (in which her father dies) she is eventually given over to Lord Petyr Baelish, who sends her to Ramsay Bolton so they can marry, pretending that Jayne is Arya Stark. Theon, on the other hand, remains in Winterfell and eventually accompanies Robb and his army south, and then to Riverrun, where him and Robb decide to send Theon to Pyke to ask for an alliance with his father. When that plan fails, Theon decides to take Winterfell from Bran. After that, Theon gets kidnapped by Ramsay Bolton and his men, and taken to the Dreadfort. Theon and Jeyne find each other again in A Dance With Dragons and they recognize each other. They are both victims of Ramsay's cruelty, and Theon (with the help of Mance and the spearwives) rescues her, jumping with Jayne from the battlements of Winterfell.
