The Three Second Answer is a Fraser/Kowalski story by Seperis. While looking for the Hand of Franklin, Ray realizes that Fraser tricked him into moving to Canada. Epiphanies ensue.
Reactions and Reviews
This is one of my favorite fics of all time. It is one of those stories that I can and have read again and again because I love it that much. It's a post COTW fic and it is hysterical. I love the little bits of both RayK and Fraser's characterization that we learn especially since it is all given to us in RayK colored glasses. [1]
