The Stranger Things Series was a series written by esmerelda.

It paired Spike/Xander and Angel/Doyle from the Buffyverse. Other pairings appeared in later parts of the series. The series consisted of ten multi-chaptered parts and remains incomplete.
In 2008, it was nominated for Best NC-17, Best Plot, Best Series, Best Slash and Best Unfinished in the The Sunnydale Memorial Awards[1] This series also won The 'All About the Journey' Award in Round 3 of the White Kinght Awards.[2]

After a chipped Spike saves Xander from horny demon who thought he'd make a fine mate, they go to LA for a little help from Angel in the claiming/consort process. Angel and Doyle are involved in an Angel style courtship, full of guilt and brooding. It makes for an odd sort of foursome fighting evil in LA, the Initiative, and lawyers, all while trying to work through relationship issues.[3]
This is a big ole multi-part crazy-train that has all of our favourite boys solving mysteries, getting into trouble, angsting about and rolling around in the sack. If you like this sort of thing, it'll keep you entertained for weeks on-end.[4]
